The Mole Who Knew It Was None Of His Buiness

2002

The best shows on the Fringe are those that have a little bit of something for everyone and this is defiantly one of these shows. Mole wakes up one morning and goes out to see if the sun is shining, only to get pooed on! Obviously irked, Mole sets off to find out who is responsible for leaving their business on his head.

While ultimately being a children’s play, The Mole Who Knew It Was None of His Business will amuse those of all ages (as long as there is a little bit of child left in you!). Who could resist a play that has mystery, adventure, toe- tapping songs, dances of every genre and, most off all, poo?

The cast of three does a fabulous job of bringing this now classic children’s story to life using ”in” jokes and creative characters to keep children and adults alike enthralled. Lindsey Bowden plays the mole to perfection and Jim Hartley can bring to life any character under the sun, but his portrayal of the nice, but dim rabbit will bring tears of joy to your eyes.

It is nice to see a show that can truly provide entertainment for the whole family.
