Standing before the stage of the George Square Theatre are three men introduced to the audience as, the pretty one, the old one and the fatty. Dressed in Bandido-hats, this Spanish group are going to mesmerize you for the next hour with juggling, humour and the most amazingly energetic guitar playing this side of Europe.
Damn more fun than it has any right to be, this show has the audience hooting with laughter as each tries to better the others guitar playing in the most insane way possible, be that blowing kisses to the ladies in the audience, fancy guitar tricks or even a flamethrower attached to their instrument!
Underneath the zany show, these are three incredibly talented musicians who play their ‘guitarras’ brilliantly and can easily move from one musical genre to the next at the drop of a hat. Muttering names at each other only adds to the fun as you recognise random words and suggestions. But what makes them stand out from the rest is their completely insane show as they think nothing of spitting a ping-pong ball at one woman repeatedly, pelt the audience with eggs or even have a brilliant table tennis match using their guitars as battons.
This is a charmingly silly show that may be too much for some, but the vast majority will want to see it over again (as soon as they have the egg out of their hair of course!).
