What’s that? Fringe 2009 is here!?

Well hello there! Welcome to 2009 Hairline’s weblog. Please do come in, sit comfortably, and ask as many questions as you want!

Today is the first official day of the Edinburgh Fringe Festival (claps, cheers, someone shouts ‘Hurray!’), though we’ve already had two full days of previews, the Royal Mile heaving with acts, the Courtyard full of beer-lovers having a pint and a chat… Plus the sun has (finally) come out to play, and we are enjoying some real nice weather (all fingers crossed it will stay like this for a while! Don’t bet on it though…).

Hairline will keep you up to date with everything we see (and what we think you should go see, and what not), plus we have plenty of other features you should check out. We have some fantastic photographers for our photoblog this year, loads of stalking famous people (we already have a picture of The Chippendales! With clothes…), plenty of interviews going on (what you mean you haven’t checked them yet!?)… and of course, this, the blog, where we will try sharing any funny stories that happen to us during the next three weeks.

So, we feel ready, we hope you’re ready, we’re full of energy, we hope you are too (if not, Redbull and Starbuck’s coffee are my solution to everything)… let’s get this party started! (shakes imaginary maracas in the air, and moves his boo-tay…).
