Hairline have long been champions of Camille O’Sullivan, being one of the finest singers you will ever hear. She takes the songs of the likes of Jaques Brel, Leonard Cohen and Nick Cave and dramatically moulds them into her own gutsy, emotional interpretations.
‘The Dog Eared Collective’ thrilled last year with their bonkers sketch show. While there may have been some completely out there characters and the odd baffling moment, their warm, silly comedy always beamed through, pulling jokes from the most unlikely moments.
This is a welcome return to the Fringe for The Terrible Infants, a quintet of entertainingly grotesque tales that will delight adult and children alike. Each is delivered with the fantastic attention to detail and professionalism we’ve come to expect from Les Enfants Terribles Theatre Company.
Here’s the thing: Circus Trick Tease in its own right is a thoroughly enjoyable show, but pitted against the dozens of other circus shows at the Fringe, it just can’t compete.
