Matt Tiller is hilarious, and just hope that, when you go and see him, you are one of a few in the audience. There is a good reason for this. If it is relatively quiet, Matt greets every member of the public that comes in to watch the show personally.
Going to see a free show is always a bit of a concern. It really is luck of the draw and you either get to see something entertaining, or end up in a show that is so bad, you feel like crawling under your seat with embarrassment for the performer.
“The Water Babies” comes to The Fringe this year in an adaptation featuring a cast of young performers from Stage Star Acting Company. The performers range in age from around 8 years to around 16 years old, with a good cross section in between.
On entering the intimate venue, one has to wonder how the Reading University Drama Society is ever going to pull off a theatre production covering various locations in New York and Italy in the minute space provided.
